Some items from the 1.2.1 "Third-party extensions" folder are now distributed as separate packages, available on my ftp site if you don't receive them with the main package. Some authors (like Fabrizio Oddone) chose to make their extensions shareware and others couldn't be reached before the 1.2.2 release, so their work now lives outside of the KeyQuencer package.
